Meeting called to order by Chairman A.E. Scott.
Minutes of the December and January meeting were read by Secretary Clay Kenward.
Mr. Scott explained to those present that this was a public hearing, and the commission would take each item in the order as listed on the agenda.

Item #1. The Malco Theatre rezoning of the plat west of their present C-3 plat. There was no one to talk about this matter.

Item #3. Farmers Union, Mr. Howard Vance, stated that about all had been said about this that could be said. They just wanted to know if the commission would change to commercial or not. They wanted a decision.

Item #4-5. The changing of these two lots from R-1 to C-3, was to be considered with the Dean Ellis item, on No. 2. Mr. Brickell spoke about the need for the change, since he would not be surrounded by commercial.

Item #6. Briarwood Subdivision brought to the commission for final approval. Since the last meeting they wanted more information about the adjoining subdivision.

Item #7. Mrs. Opha Malone, to add to her store. Mr. Kenward said this had to come under by Board of Adjustment. Building Inspector Stewart said a nonconforming building to extend should come under the jurisdiction of this commission. He could not find the reference, so this was referred to the Board of Adjustment.

Item #8. Roy Sigler presented his case to rezone Lots 1 and 2 in Block K, Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Block M and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Block N in Sigler Addition. He states that this was going commercial all around, and that he had several inquiries about he property, but could not really present i...
