RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION ACTION ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, it has been found to be unlawful for any person or persons to keep or maintain any house, building and/or structure within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas which constitutes a nuisance and which is found and declared to be a nuisance; and

WHEREAS, the following properties have been fund and declared to be a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas;

BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the following properties are hereby condemned:

(1)                     A structure located behind 236 N. Bridge St. in Jonesboro, Arkansas, owner is Mike Lanier;

(2)                     A house located at 322 N. Second St. in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Agnes Johnson;

(3)                     Two (2) structures located behind 210 N. Culberhouse in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Gene Grant;

(4)                     A house located at 612 Huntington Avenue in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Stanley J. Kempf.                     

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20^th day of February, 1989.
