BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

 

SECTION 1:                     TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS BE AMENDED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION AS FOLLOWS:

 

FROM Residential, R-1 TO Planned Development, THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

 

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:

 

From the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, run N 00°50’00” W, a distance of 64.94 feet to a point, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING;

thence S 89°24’50” W, a distance of 678.51 feet to a point;

thence S 88°55’33” W, a distance of 256.45 feet to a point;

thence N 02°33’00” W, a distance of 703.12 feet to a point;

thence N 85°06’00” W, a distance of 265.80 feet to a point;

thence N 00°58’00” E, a distance of 525.80 feet to a point;

thence N 89°39’47” E, a distance of 1,240.27 feet to a point;

thence S 00°50’00” W, a distance of 1,246.54 feet to a point;

said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 30.92 acres.
