Description of property to be abandoned: Jackson Street 60 feet in width by 190 feet in length bounded on the East by Main Street and the West by Union Street; on the North by the Public Square and the South by Lots 8-12 and Lot 1, Block "B" in the original survey AND the alley running North and South between Jackson Street and Jefferson Avenue in Block "B" of the orginial survey being bounded on the East by Lots 11, 2 ,3, 4, inclusive, of said Block "B" and on teh East by Lots 10, 7, 6, 5, inclusive of said Block "B" and the alley running east and west between Main Street and Union Street in Block "B" in the original survey, said alleys being bounded on the North by 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 1, inclusive of said Block "B" and on the South by Lots 7 and 2, inclusive of Block "B"
