The meeting was called to order at 6:20 by Alderman Copeland. Aldermen Paul Copeland, Tim McCall, Chris Moore and Alec Farmer were present. Also present were Alderman John Street, City Clerk Donna Jackson and City Planner Glenn Batten.
The committee discussed amending the agenda to include a resolution establishing a moratorium for 180 days, on permits for the location and construction of off-premises billboards, high-pole signs and communication towers. Upon a motion by Alderman Moore and a second by Alderman McCall, the committee approved placing the resolution on the council agenda for consideration.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
