1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from regular meeting held September 16, 2002, Special Called meeting held September 24, 2002 as delivered.
 
4. City Attorney
 
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance abandoning an undedicated right-of-way of Spurlock Drive located in Middlefield Medical Park (Mabe Spurlock).
 
5. Resolution for condemnation of property located at 707 E. Word A&B - Dennis Rinehart, Owner
 
6. Appointment /Reappointments:
 
MAPC
Reappointment of George Krennerich with an expiration date of March 2005. Appointment of Kathy Moore to replace Betty Shaw with an expiration date of March 2005.
 
CITY WATER AND LIGHT BOARD
Appointment of Robbie Lyle to replace the late Ralph Stricklin with an expiration date of 2004.
 
DRAINAGE COMMITTEE
Appointment of Aubry Scott, Chairman, Bob Wood, Betty Shaw, Jeri Clariday, Jimmy Ashley, Garry Tate, and Jon Wilbanks.
 
7. A request to set a public hearing for the purpose of vacating and abandon all of (Pardew Street) Keith Drive lying south of East Matthews Ave. and lying North of Bernice Circle also lying east to and adjacent to Lots 2, 3, and 4 of Block A of Stallings 5th Addition and west and adjacent to Lots 1 and 21 of Block B of Stallings 5th Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas (Stallings)
