BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

 

SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:

 

From Residential R-2 to Commercial C-5, the following described property:

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

 

Lot 2 of Gibson Subdivision of a Replat of Lot 9 Stallings Second Addition, and Lots 4 and 5 of Stallings Fourth Addition, Jonesboro, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:

 

From the Southeast corner of Lot 5 of the Cobb & Lee Survey of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Thence N 00°25’32” W,  a distance of 500.00 feet to the point of beginning; Thence S. 88° 27’ 38” W, a distance of 121.30 feet to a point; Thence N. 00°37’15” W, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; Thence N. 88°27’38” E, a distance of 121.30 feet to a point; Thence S. 00°37’15” E, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; said point being the Point of beginning, said tract containing 0.28 acres more or less.

 

SECTION 2: It is the intent of the proposed tenant to park only the vans used for transportation for pediatric child youth development.  All employee parking is to remain on the existing site to the north.
