BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro to send the amount of $14,915.00 made payable to the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department for the installation of flashing signals with gates at the referenced crossing.

At the time of final accounting, a statement will be prepared reflecting the total costs. The City will be returned any excess funds or billed for any additional funds required.
