A RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING TO CLOSE AND ABANDON ALLISON STREET AS REQUESTED BY RONALD & LAURA WHITE, ALBERT & RUBY RICHARDSON, ROBERT & LAURA SARTIN, MARK HOGAN, MICHAEL ORR, JEAN & WINONA KIFER

WHEREAS, Ronald L. White and Laura J. White, his wife, Albert Richardson and Ruby Richardson, his wife, Robert J. Sartin and Laura R. Sartin, his wife, Mark Hogan, Michael Orr, and Jean L. Kifer and Winona Kifer, his wife, have filed a petition with the City Clerk of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, requesting that the street platted as Allision Street in the Curtview Subdivision to the City of Jonesboro; and
WHEREAS, the petition has been presented to the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, Arkansas law requires notice of such public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the City Clerk is directed to publish a notice advising the public of such request to vacate and abandon the above mentioned easement and that this matter will be heard before the City Council on September 16, 1996, at 6:15 o'clock p.m. at City Hall, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
