RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR INPUT BY CITIZENS ON THE 1999 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM EXPENDITURES

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro is desirous of input by citizens on the 1999 Community Development Block Grant Program expenditures; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required to implement the 1999 Community Development Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the City Clerk is directed to publish a notice once a week for two consecutive weeks advising the public of the public hearing, and this matter will be heard before the City Council on November 16, 1998 at 5:30 p.m. o’clock, in Municipal Court Chambers, located at 410 West Washington, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
