RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF BUSINESS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas has an approved Zone designation for enumeration districts 9901, Block Group 2, 9902, Block Groups 2 and 3; and 9906, Block Group 1 within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro; and
WHEREAS, the local Government must endorse a business or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in Part IV of the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1983; and
WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific form available from AIDC: and
WHEREAS, Jonesboro Concrete Pipe, Inc. and Design Fabrications, Inc. have been determined by the management of the enterprise zone appropriate applicants; and
WHEREAS, Jonesboro Concrete Pipe, Inc. and Design Fabricators, Inc. have agreed to finish the management of the enterprise zone all necessary information for compliance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, THAT:
(1) Jonesboro Concrete Pipe, Inc. and Design Fabricators, Inc. by endorsed by the City of Jonesboro for benefit from the exemptions as provided by Part IV of the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1983.
(2) That the Mayor be authorized to sign the Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.
(3) That this 19th day of November, 1984.
