A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH THE JONESBORO BASEBALL BOOSTERS

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro owns and maintains Joe Mack Campbell Park;

WHEREAS, the Jonesboro Baseball Boosters are a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization created for the purpose of administering youth baseball;

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro and the Jonesboro Baseball Boosters desire to enter into a contract to provide baseball for youth at Joe Mack Campbell Park;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

SECTION 1: That the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall contract with the Jonesboro Baseball Boosters to provide youth baseball at Joe Mack Campbell Park, said agreement is attached hereto as "Exhibit A."

SECTION 2: The Mayor, Doug Formon and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the agreement.
