BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all of its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the utility easements designated as follows:

DESCRIPTION - 20’ UTILITY EASEMENT

An easement for utility purposes, being 20.0 feet in width and lying in a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Lot 1, Block 2, according to the plat of Patrick's Second Addition to Jonesboro, Arkansas, as recorded in book 20, at page 212, in and for the public records of Craighead County, at Jonesboro, Arkansas; thence South 89°29'40" West, along the South Line of said Lot 1 and Lots 2, 3, 4 and continuing along the South Line of Lots 5 and 6, according to the plat of Bennett's Replat of Patrick's Second Addition, a distance of 594.22 feet to a point, said point being the Southwest Corner of said Lot 6; thence North 00°57'09" East, along the West Line of said Lot 6, a distance of 21.18 feet to a point lying on the North Right-Of-Way line of East Matthews Avenue (33.5' half Right-Of-Way); thence South 89°34'34" West, along said North Right-Of-Way Line, a distance of 24.67 feet to a point; thence South 89°19'34" West, continuing along said North Right-Of-Way Line, a distance of 4.69 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described utility easement; thence continue South 89°19'34" West, along said North Right-Of-Way Line, a distance of 20.01 feet to a point; thence North 00°54'22" ...
