A. Request by Mr. Doug Thomas to address Council regarding Ordinance No. 3160 the vacating of Main Street.
B. Request by Dr. Isaac Richmond and Ms. Sandra Hebron of CORR (Commission on Religion and Racism) to address Council.
C. Request by Pinky McFarlin President of the Jackson County NAACP to address Council regarding the Jonesboro Police Department.
D. Request by Reverend Ray Scales, Reverend H. L. Lewellen, Reverend Gus Chandler, Jr., and Elder Glenn Conley to address Council for rebuttal purposes regarding comments by CORR.
4. City Attorney:
A. 2nd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located on the northwest corner and on the southwest corner of Paragould and Jettyl Street. (Eddie Foster)
