WHEREAS, Gary Meadows has been a loyal and outstanding employee of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and

WHEREAS, Gary Meadows has exercised the utmost concern and diligence as street superintendent; and

WHEREAS, the City Council and Mayor would like to express their gratitude for a job well done.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the City Council hereby extends its heartfelt thanks and appreciation for an excellent job and commends Gary Meadows for the pride and dedication shown to his job.
