RESOLUTION TO ISSUE CAPITAL NOTES AS PRESCRIBED BY ORDINANCE 1123 FOR PROPERTY

BE IT RESOLVED that under provisions of 1123 of the Code of Ordinances, the City of Jonesboro purchase and issue capital notes for the following described property. Upon purchase being completed, the Mayor and City Clerk shall file certificates accurately describing the tracts and acknowledging the real estate lien or mortgage securing the notes described in Ordinance 1123:
The South 27 feet of Lot 1 of Block D, of Elder’s Addition to Jonesboro, Arkansas, and the North Half of Lot 1 of Block E of Elder’s Addition to Jonesboro, Arkansas, owned by Rev. W.J. Thomas and his wife, Linnie Thomas.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 1966.
