A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT AND REAPPOINT BOARD MEMBERS TO THE CRAIGHEAD COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, the following appointments have been recommended by the Mayor of Jonesboro to serve on the board of the Craighead County Solid Waste Disposal Authority;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT: the following board appointments/reappointments are confirmed as recommended by Mayor Formon.

•                     Tom Rainwater is hereby reappointed to a three (3) year term with an expiration of July 31, 2010

•                     Henry Jones is hereby appointed to a three (3) year term replacing Rick Wyatt with an expiration of July 31, 2010

•                     Dr. John Sawyer is hereby appointed to a two (2) year term replacing Kurt Beeson with an expiration of July 31, 2009
