AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AND ABANDON THE EXISTING PLAT AND REPLACE IT WITH A REVISION PLAT

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas on the 6th day of July, 1995, to vacate and abandon 45 feet to allow to remove one lot and expand remaining 6 lots to meet county health department requirements.
SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all of its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the plat designated as follows:
All of Block "L" and part of Block M & N of Caldwell's Subdivision being a part of the NE 3 of Section 8, T13N-R4E Craighead County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows; Begin at the SW corner of Block L of Caldwell Subdivision thence East 10.0 feet to, the Point of Beginning; thence N 0°47'0" W 19.4 feet; thence N 3°14'0" E 398.77 feet; thence S 74°19'0" E 305.07 feet; thence N 0°18'0" W 77.49 feet; thence N 89°9'0" E 205.50 feet; thence S 0°18'0" E 79.99 feet; thence S 7°19'0" E 128.8 feet; thence N89°9 E 162.83 feet; thence S 7°19' E 203.14 feet; thence West 726.1 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SECTION 2: A copy of this ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of Recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas and shall be filed in the Deed records of such office.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
