AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF NORTHEAST QUARTER AND EAST HALF OF SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO

BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
The County Court of Craighead County, Arkansas, having determined after due notice and according to the provisions of law that Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, and East Half of Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 14 North, Range 3 East should be annexed to the City of Jonesboro, and having on June 1, 1955 entered an Order annexing said land to the City of Jonesboro; and it now being found that said territory should be accepted into and made a part of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas;
It is therefore ordained that the above described lands are hereby accepted and made a part of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and annexed thereto; and incorporated as a part of the third ward; and the persons residing therein shall have and enjoy all the rights and privileges of the inhabitants within the original limits of the City of Jonesboro.
