AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 3506 ADOPTING A 2005 ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has determined there exists the need to amend the 2005 Annual City Budget for changes to the 2005 Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) Administration Budget; and

WHEREAS, in an effort to maximize dollars to the CDBG programs and to limit administrative expenditures, additional funds can be redirected to the CDBG through a reduction in the administrative budget.

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; that the 2005 annual budget is hereby amended according to the attached changes to the 2005 CDBG Administration Budget.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1^st day of March, 2005.
