RESOLUTION TO APPOINT DAISY FREEMAN TO THE CITY WATER & LIGHT BOARD TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF JOE CULLUM

WHEREAS, Joe Cullum was appointed to the City Water & Light Board of Directors on July 15, 2008, as a representative of the Jonesboro Public School Board;
WHEREAS, Mr. Cullum has resigned from the Jonesboro Public School Board;
WHEREAS, Mayor Perrin recommends the appointment of Ms. Daisy Freeman to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Cullum.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: Ms. Daisy Freeman is hereby appointed to the City Water & Light Board of Directors to fill the unexpired term of Joe Cullum as a representative of the Jonesboro Public School District with a term expiring March 1, 2014.
