BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That Title 14 of the Jonesboro Municipal Code known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended by the change in zone district boundaries as follows:

From R-1, Single-Family Medium Density Residential District to C-3, General Commercial District and From R-3, Multi-Family High Density Residential District to C-3, General Commercial District that land described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Lot 1 of Block “A” of Washington Grove Addition and part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, all in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:

Begin at the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Block “A” of Washington Cove Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas; Thence North along the west line of Washington Grove Addition projected North, 909.61 feet to a point lying on the Southern Right-of-Way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, thence north 83°37’21” East, along said Right-of-Way line, 301.86 feet to a point lying on a curve concave southwesterly, having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence southerly, along said curve through a central angle of 132°50’21”, 115.92 feet to the point of reverse curvature of a curve concave southeasterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence southerly, along said curve through a central angle of 42°50’00” , 18.69 feet to the point of tangency of said curve; thence south 283.87 feet to a point, said point lying on the northerly limits of Ivy Lane; thence west, along said northerly limits, 60.00 feet to a point; thence south, departing from said northerly limits, 145.64 feet to a point lying on a curve concave northwesterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence southwesterly, along said cur...
