A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2004:22 ACCEPTING A FUND SELECTION SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO NON-UNIFORM PENSION PLAN

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

Section One of Resolution No. 2004:22 adopted February 17, 2004 is amended to provide for a quarterly fee as specified in Section 5 of the Fund Selection Service Agreement attached as Schedule A instead of  an annual fee of 0.163% of  City of Jonesboro Non-uniform Pension Plan assets.
