RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS FOR CITY PLANNING

BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk execute, on behalf of the City of Jonesboro, Contract for Services in City Planning between the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and the University of Arkansas, dated as of April 1, 1960, and compensate the University according to Part V of said Contract to the total sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) from the proceeds made available to the City Ordinance No. 998.
