1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk
3. Approval of minutes from May 4, 1998, as provided.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate a portion of Commerce Drive.
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) for Lots 1 and 2 of the replat of Robertson Subdivision, located at 5721 E. Nettleton Ave. (Jim & Mary Bradley)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from (R-1) to Commercial (C-5) for Lot 10 of Marlo Acres First Addition, located on the east side of Southwest Drive, west of S. Culberhouse Street. (Robin Nix)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-3) to Commercial (C-3), located on the west side of North Main Street, north of Gordon Street. (Sonny Sartin)
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2470, Section 5, by adding requirements for plats that are submitted to the City Council.
5. Review the following appointment:
Joanie Gardner Hannah to the Nature Center replacing her father Mr. Gene Gardner.
6. Resolution granting the following easements to Southwestern Bell:
· Five (5) foot easement for underground facilities, located at the Valley View Fire Station, 5416 Maple Valley Road.
· Ten (10) foot easement for underground facilities, located in Lot 1" of Kiech's First Addition, adjacent to the eastern right of way of Union Pacific Railroad.
· Twenty (20) foot easement for an equipment station located in Lot 1" of Kiech's First Addition, parallel with the East right-of-way line of Union Pacific Railroad.
