Craighead County agreement for the operation of the 911 Emergency and Dispatch Center

Craighead County entered into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the operation of 911 Emergency and Dispatch Center and was signed on August 17, 1999. The cost of the agreement requires Craighead County pay 25% of the total actual cost of operating the 911 emergency center with the City paying the remaining 75% and the initial length of the contract is from August 1, 1999 to December 31, 2001, with the agreement to renew automatically. The resolution number is 1999:31 and was approved by the City Council on July 19, 1999.
