BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
 
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 2237 is hereby deleted in its entirety form the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas Code of Ordinances.
 
SECTION 2: It is further found and declared by the City Council that an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety shall take effect from and after its approval.
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1992.
