Appeal decision by Council regarding M.A.P.C. denial of replat for property owned by Leroy Richards/James McCauley, III
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to close a portion of Gordon Street beginning 140 feet West of its intersection with Fourth Street and continuing west until its intersection with McClure Street and a portion of Word Street between Fourth Street and McClure. (Arkansas Glass Container Corp./Jon R. Coleman, Attorney)
(B) 2nd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-2), located at the intersection of C. W. Post and Highway 63 Bypass. (Don Hudson)
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the southwest corner of Johnson Avenue and Jewell Drive. (Skip Macon)
5. Resolution requesting a public hearing to vacate a 120.0' drainage easement and the 146.6' utility easement on Lot 6, Pardew North Addition. (Guy Pardew & Lan Metz/Ed Stepp)
