Wal-Mart, Inc. entered into an agreement with the City for the installation of a left turn traffic signal at the intersection of Highland Drive & Browns Lane and also to share the cost of installing a traffic signal on Highland Drive between Browns Lane and Bernard Street and was signed on July 8, 1991. The cost of installing a left turn traffic signal at the intersection of Highland Drive and Browns Lane is soley the responsibility of Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart will be responsible for 70% of the cost of installing a traffic signal on Highland between Browns Lane and Bernard Street.
