RESOLUTION TO SHOW APPRECIATION TO CARROLL LOWE FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, Carroll Lowe has served the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as Parks and Recreation Director for the past seventeen months; and

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to spread the following Resolution upon the minutes.

RESOLVED, that the City Council recognizes the excellent, energetic and intelligent service that Mr. Lowe has rendered to the City during the months that he has served as Director of Parks and Recreation.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution shall spread upon the official minutes and become a lasting tribute to Mr. Lowe for his devotion to duty, and that a copy of this resolution be tendered to Mr. Lowe as an expression of the Council’s sincere appreciation and gratitude for the services rendered by him.
