RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO DON CULPEPPER FOR HIS SERVICE AS AN ALDERMAN AND VICE-MAYOR

WHEREAS, Mr. Don Culpepper has served the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as an Alderman and a Vice-Mayor

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make this Resolution a part of the permanent record, and

WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service Don Culpepper has rendered the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during his term of service as an Alderman and Vice-Mayor.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Don Culpepper has performed a great service for our City and its people and the City Council and the citizens of Jonesboro greatly appreciate his service.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 15^th day of December, 1986.
