1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from December 6, 1999, as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
A. 3rd Reading -Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3067 and the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances for the purpose of creating Two Hour Parking on the North Side of Jackson Avenue East of Church Street.
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action at property located at 5223 E. Nettleton and at 403 W. Woodrow.
6. Set a public hearing to hear comments regarding the need to establish the Arkansas Cab Company. (Peter D. Ramsey)
7. Traffic resolution requesting traffic signs in various locations.
8. New Business by the Mayor.
