BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the City of Jonesboro purchase a D-6 Bulldozer from Riggs Tractor Co. at a cost of $17,927.00.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are designated to enter into a title retaining contract with the Riggs Tractor Co.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5^th day of August, 1957.
