3. Approval of minutes from June 7, 1999, as delivered.

4. City Attorney:

A. 3^rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located on the south side of Race Street, East of Curtview Street. (Brenda Rainwater)

B. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon Auburndale Drive, Lexington Place, and easements located in Woodsprings Estates, Phase III. (Todd Jackson)

C. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-4), located on the south side of Southwest Drive, east of Wimpy Lane. (Carroll Caldwell)

D. 1^st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3) to Industrial (I-1), located south of Parker Road at 3221 Shelby Drive. (Jimmy Cox)

E. 1^st Reading - Ordinance amending Ordinances No. 2731 and 2783 (Annexation of certain properties in the Sage Meadows area)

F. 1^st Reading - Ordinance accepting certain lands annexed to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, by order of Craighead County Court; declaring Residential (R-1) zoning; and declaring an emergency. (Carroll Caldwell)
