AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORD-09:044

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro previously approved ORD-09:044 approving expenditure of sixty nine thousand two hundred sixty one dollars and fifteen cents ($69,261.15) and

WHEREAS, the incorrect amount of $69,258.15 should have been $69,261.15.

THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED THAT:

SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro will amend Section 2 of ORD-09:044 from $69,258.15 to $69,261.15 to be paid from undesignated General Fund Balance.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro, there is hereby declared to be an emergency and this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
