A RESOLUTION FOR THE CONDEMNATION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT PARCEL # 01-144073-19500 W. FORREST STREET IN JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, the above property has been inspected and determined to be unsuited for human habitation and all the stipulations have been met in the condemnation process. 

WHEREAS, the above property was brought before the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas and reviewed for Condemnation. 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:  the City should proceed with the condemnation of the property at Parcel # 01-144073-19500 W. Forrest Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
