BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

SECTION ONE: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all of its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the utility easement designated as follows:

DESCRIPTION - 15' UTILITY EASEMENT ABANDONMENT

ALL THAT PART OF A FIFTEEN FOOT (15') DEDICATED UTILITY EASEMENT LYING ON THE NORTH AND EAST SIDES OF LOT 229 OF THE SAGE MEADOWS PHASE II-A SUBDIVISON TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS IN PLAT CABINET "C", PAGE 49 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT CLERK OF CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, ARKANSAS.

SECTION TWO: A copy of the ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas and shall be filed in the Deed Records of such office.
