AN AMENDED RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, AMENDING THE AUTHORIZING OF THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO SELL CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE INDUSTRIAL MINI PARK

WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the provision dealing with the name of the purchasers of lot 4 & 5 of the Industrial Minipark.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Jonesboro City Council that the Purchasers of Lots No. 4 & 5 of the Industrial Minipark be changed from B. B. VANCE, INC.  to LOS DOS VAQUEROS, INC.

1.      The rest and remainder of said Resolution except as amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

2.      This resolution shall take effect immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of October, 1998.
