A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on Stadium Boulevard, south of Bunting Drive. (Terry L. Henson)
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon a portion of Marchbanks Circle and certain utility easements. (Rick Wyatt)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon a portion of Baswell Street a/k/a Gwyndale Avenue, between Stadium Boulevard and Brazos Street. (Rev. David Burgess)
5. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free services at the following locations:
· Electrical, Water and Utility Service to the new fire station located at 3215 E. Johnson
· Utility service to 2349 W. Matthews at the Oak Lawn Cemetery and at 311 Airport Road at the Nettleton Cemetery.
