BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1.      The temporary and permanent drainage easements located on Kersey Lane are hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro as dedicated drainage easements by Agnes McDaniel, Margaret Allen, and Jimmy C. Kersey

Section 2.        The originals of the dedicated temporary and permanent drainage easements are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15^th day of November, 2004.
