RESOLUTION TO LEASE PROPERTY TO JOHN AND ANNE WHARTON

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, sitting in regular session this 5^th day of April, 1954, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute one year 1-1-54 to 12-13-54 to John Wharton and Anne Wharton, his wife, conveying the following property, to-wit:

North ½ of one story building located Northwest corner of Church and Cate.

Lessee is to pay a monthly rental of Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($50.00) payable in advance on the first day of January, 1954, and on the 1^st day of each month hereafter during the term of said lease.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5^th day of April, 1954.
