NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT: the city should proceed with the condemnation of the property at: 410 Borgman, Parcel # 01-144173-16000.
