The city entered a five-year agreement with the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT) for Jonesboro Economical Transportation System (JET) to continue receiving FTA Federal Assistance. The agreement was approved by RES-17:157 on November 7, 2017. The mayor and city clerk signed the contract on November 14, 2017.
