BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended by the changes in zoning classifications as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission as follows:

From Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-2) the following described property:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Part of Block 4 of Knight’s Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:  Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Block 4, as fixed by the original survey thereof; thence South 88° 56’ 07” West  100 feet to the point of beginning proper;  Thence South 80.00 feet; Thence South 88° 56’07” West 41.00 feet; Thence North 80.00 feet; Thence North 88° 56’07” East41.00 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 3279.43 square feet.
