A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ACCELA SOFTWARE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CLOUD UPGRADE TO 7.18

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has received a contract from Accela; and

WHEREAS, this Contract is for the purpose of purchasing a Cloud Upgrade to 7.18; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro believes said contract is for the use and benefit of the City of Jonesboro and all its residents; and

WHEREAS, the cost of the upgrade is $72,202 with expended funds coming from the General Fund.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

Section 1: This contract is for the purpose of purchasing an update of the financial software package to the Cloud Upgrade 7.18.

Section 2:  The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said contract.
