BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver deed recited in Resolution adopted the 19^th day of October, 1959, concerning Airport property, and for a consideration which they shall determine to be $1,000.00 per acre for the land, subject to use by the purchaser, but not less than for a total of $20,000.00.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16^th day of November, 1959.
