RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO REPLACE MONEY IN THE CITY STREET FUND

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro that the Mayor and the City Treasurer are hereby directed to replace in the City Street fund, all money that has been transferred from that fund, not used for the purpose of improvement of the City Streets, on, or before April 1, 1962.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6^th day of November, 1961.
