AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE JONESBORO MUNICTPAL CODE KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That Title 14 of the Jonesboro Municipal Code known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended by the change in zone district boundaries as follows on that lot described below:

From R-2, Residential to C-5 Limited Use Overlay (L.U.O.) as Neighborhood Office with the following stipulations:

(1)  That no signage, advertising business use be displayed on the subject property, except for small identification sign as approved by zoning administrator.

(2)  Parking to serve this office storage use shall be provided off-street, and no such parking shall be permitted in a required setback other than in a driveway.  In no event shall yard areas be converted to off-street parking to serve the business use.

(3)  That no future additions/redevelopment of the said premises be made without the approval of MAPC.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION

East 100 feet of Lot 8, Block 2, of Haltoms Addition, to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
