4. City Attorney:
(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-3), located on the northeast corner of Stadium Blvd. and Baswell Street. (Doug Allen)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 73.07 acres from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the south side of Johnson Avenue, east of Murray Creek Drive and west of Pomona Drive. (Craighead County Fair Association, Inc.)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 12 acres from Agricultural (AG-1) to Residential (R-1), located on the east side of Paragould Drive, north of Shagbark Lane. (Gene Barnett)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located on the south side of Wilkins Avenue, west of Metzler Lane. (St. Bernards Foundation)
(E) 1st reading- Ordinance to amend Section 15.12.03, Subsection (b) changing the minimum lot size for residential design from sixty feet to fifty feet.
5. Resolution expressing the willingness of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to utilize Federal-Aid Surface Transportation Program Enhancement Funds for signalization at the intersection of State Highway 18 (Highland Drive) and Bittle Street/Fairpark Boulevard.
