RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A REVISED AND CORRECTED ZONING MAP

WHEREAS, certain technical errors have appeared on the Zoning May as filed, so that the map does not coincide with boundaries fixed by the City Council under various ordinances and does not coincide with the revised City Limits boundaries, now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED that a revised and corrected map, dated February 13, 1959, which has been made to conform to previous actions of the City Council and the City Limits boundaries, as of this date be accepted and ordered filed with the City Clerk and the Circuit Court Clerk as the official Zoning Map.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16^th day of February, 1959.
